Company clients and administrators can access only information associated with users and activities within their own company or organization.

Company users are not provided access to information belonging to unrelated companies or organizations through MyMoirai.

5.2 Trainer Access

Trainers may be assigned to individual clients through MyMoirai.

A trainer may access information associated with clients who are assigned to that trainer in order to provide fitness, wellness, coaching, or related services.

Trainers do not automatically have access to every MyMoirai user.

Access permissions are controlled through the App's role and relationship-based authorization systems.

5.3 User Access

Users may access information associated with their own account and information that is intentionally made available to them through MyMoirai.

Certain information, such as leaderboard information, may be visible to other authorized users depending on the features and settings enabled for the applicable organization or program.
